
Mueller has the upper hand over Bernier!
Jessey Mueller picks up his second win of the season La
version française ici Jessey Mueller battled his way to victory at Airborne Park Speedway over Steve Bernier of St-Hyacinthe, Quebec in the Modified Final. As soon as the green flag was given, Mueller could never escape the pack, with Bernier in second, followed by Maxime Plante in third, both squeezing to catch the 23-year-old. In the final laps of the race, Bernier will try to get the better of Mueller around every turn, giving fans one of the most exciting races of the season.

In the end, Mueller took the checkered flag just inches from Bernier, to clinch his second straight win of the season, tightening the battle in the standings. Mueller, ecstatic with the victory, thanked the fans and promised to return to action when the regular finals resume in a few weeks.

Sportsman
In the Sportsman ranks, Devin Willis picked up his first victory in the Sportsman division, redeeming his disappointing loss from last week, after running out of gas with just four laps to go. Willis, from Chateguay, NY, worked hard throughout the year and finally earned this well-deserved victory. Which pushed him up the rankings. He took the lead from the start and dominated the race until the end over Chris Cayea and Jason Bruno, second and third respectively.
